DBJ invites consultants to conduct GAP ANALYSIS & STRATEGIC Plan on Jamaican University Incubators

The Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ) is inviting eligible persons to respond to its Request for Proposal (RFP) to conduct a gap analysis on Jamaican university incubators and to develop an action plan with individually tailored programmes for each.
 
The suitably qualified consultant should have experience in university business incubation and entrepreneurial development.  Details of the scope of work to be done includes, but not limited to:
 

  • Conduct an in-depth assessment of each incubator, to determine its capacity to develop and graduate high potential entrepreneurs, and identify any gaps within the services provided.
  • Recommend an appropriate incubation model for each incubator to nurture and support viable and sustainable businesses with the ability to scale globally.
  • Prepare a Strategic Plan for each university incubator 

Interested persons must have a valid Tax Compliance Certificate.  The closing date for bids to reach the offices of the DBJ is Monday October 3, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.
